Seth Thomason is a Vice President at Longline, responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across the firm’s diverse credit strategies.

Before joining Longline, Seth served as Vice President at CBRE, where he originated debt for new construction and the recapitalization of market-rate and affordable multifamily properties. Prior to CBRE, he worked at Situs, underwriting securitized debt products across various asset types. Over his career, Seth has been directly involved in the origination and under writing of more than $1.5 billion in real estate assets.
