Alex Livingston is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Longline, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction and drives its investment activities across private credit and real estate.

Prior to founding Longline, Alex co-founded Satilla Capital Partners, a private real estate and credit investment firm in Atlanta. From 2012 to 2018, Satilla deployed $200 million in equity across distressed real estate loan portfolios and high-yield senior debt, delivering consistent, risk-adjusted returns.

Earlier in his career, Alex held leadership roles at Inwood Holdings, where he oversaw multifamily acquisitions, and gained extensive real estate investment experience with Centennial Holding Company and Beck Street Capital.

With over a decade of expertise in real estate and private credit, Alex combines innovative thinking and disciplined execution to guide Longline’s growth and capitalize on strategic investment opportunities.
