Michael Dyson plays a key role in driving Longline’s investment strategies and strategic growth initiatives. As Vice President, he focuses on evaluating and sourcing new opportunities across the company’s platform.

Since joining Longline in 2021, Michael has contributed significantly to the firm’s success, leveraging his deep analytical expertise and transactional experience.

Previously, Michael worked at Fundrise in Washington, D.C.,where he specialized in Single-Family Rental Acquisitions. He underwrote and closed nearly 2,200 homes across 12 major MSAs and developed an acquisition platform to monitor capital needs and operational performance. Earlier in his career, he worked at Trimont Real Estate Advisors in Atlanta, providing third-party asset management analysis across diverse product types and capital structures.

Michael’s hands-on experience in acquisitions and asset management strengthens Longline’s ability to capitalize on strategic investment opportunities.
