Jeremy Herman brings deep expertise in managing the full investment lifecycle across real estate credit and special situations to his role as Director at Longline. He oversees every phase of the investment process, from sourcing and negotiations to underwriting, closing, and lifecycle tracking.
Before joining Longline, Jeremy was Assistant Vice President at LoanCore Capital, where he originated over $2 billion in fixed- and floating-rate senior and mezzanine commercial real estate loans, with a focus on the southeastern U.S. He also managed the performance of a $750 million loan portfolio and contributed to multiple CMBS and CLO securitization executions.
Earlier in his career, Jeremy held key roles at Rialto Capital, managing a $100+ million portfolio of non-performing loans and directing loan workouts, and at Trimont Real Estate Advisors, over seeing non-performing debt and equity investments exceeding $1 billion.
