Before joining Longline, Greg managed a $1.5 billion bridge and construction loan portfolio for a private equity-backed balance sheet lender, honing his skills in asset performance and risk management. Prior to that, he served as Vice President at Rialto Capital, where he resolved a $200 million portfolio of defaulted commercial real estate loans and properties.

Greg began his career as a construction lender in the Atlanta Real Estate office of Regions Bank, gaining a strong foundation in financial analysis and asset management.

With his extensive experience in portfolio oversight and loan resolution, Greg plays a critical role in advancing Longline’s financial and operational strategies.
