Cole joined Longline in February 2024 and focuses on evaluating investment opportunities across various segments of the capital stack.

Before joining Longline, Cole worked at PGIM, Prudential's global investment management arm, where he specialized in Real Estate Debt Originations for the Southeast region. At PGIM, he gained valuable experience across Core, Core+, and High Yield capital platforms, honing his skills in financial modeling, market analysis, and deal structuring.

Cole’s analytical expertise and financial acumen play a key role in aligning investment opportunities with Longline’s growth and risk management objectives.
